Valentina Cabrera is a lawyer specialized in Tax Law, with extensive experience in Tax, Corporate, and Energy areas. For 14 years, she was an Equity Partner and Director of the Firm and currently serves as a Consulting Partner. Her practice includes legal, corporate, and tax advisory services to national and multinational companies across various economic sectors; structuring, financing, and negotiation of contracts in the energy and infrastructure sectors; wealth structuring and restructuring, investment protection, and international arbitration.

Legal, corporate, and tax advisory to national and multinational companies in the food and beverage sectors, including general advice on tax, exchange control, contractual matters, and investment protection.
Advisory and participation in negotiations with national and municipal authorities regarding the assessment, payment, and litigation of all Venezuelan taxes.
Structuring of financing for oil and gas operations, including legal, tax, and contractual advisory for negotiating Production Sharing Agreements (CPP), joint ventures, and gas licenses.
