This program brings together a group of 40 young lawyers from diverse backgrounds across the region who are committed to promoting the rule of law in their home countries and strengthening regional and intersectoral collaboration, as well as creative problem-solving. Additionally, at the end of 2023, Juan Andrés participated as a speaker at the XX Tax Law Conference organized by the Venezuelan Association of Tax Law (AVDT), dedicated to the topic of oil taxation.
