EXPERIENCE
Génesis has solid experience in researching topics related to national and international tax and customs planning, as well as in preparing legal opinions on tax matters. Additionally, during her time at TPA, she has demonstrated competence in handling and following up on administrative proceedings before various government agencies. Her experience includes managing case files, reviewing and monitoring cases in both administrative and judicial venues, analyzing and developing litigation strategies, and drafting briefs and communications addressed to public authorities and judicial bodies.
