EXPERIENCE
He has provided advisory services in areas such as tax, corporate, and public law, specifically for projects related to the exploitation and transportation of extra-heavy crude oil in the Orinoco Oil Belt. He also works on constitutional, legal, and tax aspects of association agreements under a profit-sharing scheme, bidding for the award of exploratory areas, as well as in matters concerning the transfer of rights in such agreements and related operational contracts. He has assisted national and foreign oil companies with the legal aspects of operational agreements in the first, second, and third rounds.
