Her experience includes preparing corporate and company documentation, including but not limited to: incorporation and statutory documents for civil and commercial entities, shareholders’ meeting minutes, purchase agreements, assignment contracts, powers of attorney, contribution agreements, promissory notes, trademark assignment agreements, service contracts, and work agreements.
Throughout her professional practice at TPA, she has also assisted her department in various matters related to the hydrocarbons sector, such as negotiations with authorities regarding permit acquisition, drafting inquiries, and addressing other corporate and tax matters.
Additionally, she provides ongoing support for administrative procedures before the Venezuelan National Tax Administration (SENIAT), particularly those related to obtaining tax clearance for the Inheritance, Donations, and Related Taxes.

Representative of Andrés Bello Catholic University (UCAB) at the First Edition of the Inter-University Collaborative Model 2024, organized by the Venezuelan Association of Administrative Law (AVEDA), Monteávila University (UMA), and UCAB, and sponsored by the Academy of Political and Social Sciences (ACPS).
