BACKGROUND
- He graduated as a lawyer from Andrés Bello Catholic University in 1967.
- He holds a Master’s degree in Management for Lawyers from IESA.
- He completed a diploma in Governance and Political Management in the Georgetown/UCAB Program, sponsored by CAF.
EXPERIENCE
He has experience in the area of administrative regulations for companies; corporate advisory, which broadly encompasses lobbying; management of all real estate issues; and banking and financial matters.
He possesses strong expertise in relations with both private and public sectors, analysis of laws related to administrative law, and experience in delivering lectures on this subject based on his extensive background as a university professor; analysis and recommendations on corporate issues, real estate problems, structuring new entities in the financial field, and support for the establishment of new businesses.
He currently serves as an advisor to the presidencies of Cargill de Venezuela, Bimbo de Venezuela, and Grupo Expotran/Almaser. He is also a Permanent Counselor of CONSECOMERCIO.

He has served as Director of Financial Institutions, Legal Consultant for the Real Estate Chamber and the Construction Chamber, and Advisor to the Ministers of Finance Freddy Rojas Parra and Maritza Izaguirre.
